You Don’t Get a Second Chance at Data Loss
It’s easy not to think seriously about backup and recovery until something goes wrong. But by then, the options are limited.
You’re Not Sure Your Backups Work
You have a backup process in place, but without consistent testing, you can’t say with certainty that it would work if you needed it. You should be sure that you can rely on
your backups.
Ransomware Can Stop Business Overnight
One compromised email account or one clicked link can encrypt your entire operation. Without a clean, recent backup to restore from, the options are limited and expensive.
You Can’t Afford Extended Downtime
Every hour your systems are unavailable is an hour your team isn’t working and your business isn’t operating. You need a recovery solution that gets you back on your feet fast.
You’re Not Sure What You’d Actually Lose
If your systems went down right now, could you say with confidence exactly what data you have, where it’s stored, and how quickly it could be recovered? If not, that’s the gap we help you close.

Backup & Recovery You Can Rely On
We back up client data to infrastructure we own and manage ourselves, rather than a third-party cloud provider we have no control over.
Two Backups As Standard
Every Enterprise Value Plan client gets two backups of their primary data; one on-premise for instant access, one in our own data center for off-site protection.
We Own Our Own Data Center
Your data is backed up to infrastructure we own and manage ourselves. That means faster recovery times and a team that’s directly accountable for your data.
Tested for Peace of Mind
A backup that’s never been tested is a backup you can’t trust. We test recovery regularly so that when you actually need it, you know it works when you need it.
Fast Recovery When It Matters Most
When something goes wrong, speed is everything. Our recovery process is designed to get your systems back online as quickly as possible, minimizing downtime and keeping your business moving.
Protection Against Ransomware
A clean, recent backup is your best defense against a ransomware attack. We make sure you always have a recoverable version of your data that can’t be touched by an attack on your live systems.
Scalable for Any Business Size
Whether you’re a two-person practice or a multi-site operation, we build backup and recovery solutions that scale with your business.

What’s Included in Our Backup & Recovery Services
From daily backups to full disaster recovery planning, here’s what DataFast puts in place to keep your data safe and your business operational.
Managed Backup
The first of your two standard backups – automated, on-premise, and managed by our team. Monitored daily, so you never have to wonder whether it ran last night.
Data Center Backup
The second of your two standard backups – your primary data, replicated to our own data center for full off-site protection. Always available, fully under our control.
Cloud & SaaS Backup
Most cloud services (including Microsoft 365) don’t include proper backup as standard. We add full protection for your cloud data so a platform outage, account compromise, or accidental deletion doesn’t mean permanent data loss.
Disaster Recovery Planning
A documented, tested plan for getting your business back up and running in the event of a serious incident. It covers your systems, your data, and your priorities in order.
Recovery Testing
Regular testing of your backup and recovery process to confirm that when something goes wrong, restoration works exactly as it should.
Business Continuity Support
For businesses where downtime is simply not an option, we put redundancy and high availability solutions in place to keep critical systems operational even when something fails.
Frequently Asked Questions
Thinking about your backup and recovery strategy? Here are the questions Arizona businesses ask us most.
We already have a backup solution in place, do we need to change it?
Not necessarily. We’ll review what you have, test whether it actually works, and tell you honestly if it’s sufficient. A lot of businesses are paying for backup solutions that haven’t been tested in years and wouldn’t recover what they think they would. If yours is solid, we’ll tell you. If it isn’t, we’ll show you why.
Doesn't Microsoft 365 include backup?
That’s a common misconception. Microsoft 365 has limited retention and recovery features, but they’re not the same as proper backup. If a file is deleted past the retention window, an account is compromised, or data is lost in a way the platform doesn’t cover, you can’t get it back. That’s why every Enterprise Value Plan client gets full backup of their Microsoft 365 data as standard.
How often is our data backed up?
That depends on your setup and how frequently your data changes, but for most clients we run daily backups as a minimum. For businesses where data changes rapidly or downtime is particularly costly, we can increase the frequency to match your needs.
How long does it take to recover data if something goes wrong?
Recovery time depends on the volume of data and the nature of the incident, but speed is always the priority. Because we back up to infrastructure we own and manage ourselves, we’re not waiting on a third-party provider, which makes a significant difference when time is critical.
What happens if we get hit by ransomware?
Having a clean, recent backup stored separately from your live systems is your most effective defense against ransomware. We make sure that backup exists, that it’s tested, and that it can be restored quickly – so that if the worst happens, getting back on your feet is a matter of hours, not days.
